Your dedication definitely shows in your work ☺️ Funnily enough, I turn 28 in a couple weeks, maybe I should start learning too. Partially for my own benefit, but also to spite AI users 😅

It’s so hilarious when AI “artists” act like learning to draw is so gate kept. They act like there aren’t hundreds of thousands of tutorials on YouTube, a free platform.

Here’s hoping 🤞

You could occasionally use it on your computer. I did that after deleting it off my phone and it made the site significantly more bearable (but still not by much 😅)

But as I tried each day, things slowly got a little better. I’m still working on it, and probably will be for the foreseeable future, but if you don’t start, nothing will change and you’ll spiral out of control. Take care of yourself 🫂

Speaking from experience, if you can focus on things that are in your control you’ll feel a lot better. And I know, easier said than done, but you need to train yourself to do that. I was told that by a mental health professional. It didn’t work right away, it actually got much worse at first.

Also, you have to pay attention to things that you CAN control. Elections, government, those big things aren’t fully completely in your control. Focus on chores, your job, your hobbies, seeing your friends and family.

My head was full of those “what if” thoughts for weeks at a time and I felt like I couldn’t escape, so if you can try your hardest to focus on what’s important, I believe you can get through whatever struggles arise. Please keep going. I know it really fucking sucks, but I’m sure it’ll be worth it.

Pushing forward in life really fucking sucks, I know that all too well. But I learned during my struggles that you really do have to take things one day at a time. Obviously still think ahead, but don’t let too many thoughts of “what if”s crowd your mind.

In September and earlier in the year I was fighting suicidal thoughts for some much less serious things. They were serious to me of course, but not nearly as serious as some marginalized people. I can’t do much to help, but I can ask that you please keep fighting.
