In svelte 5 I have an expensive `$derived` property that's based off "amount". I want a form control with debounce-update of amount. The docs say to avoid `$effect` when possible. Snippet #1 avoids `$effect` with a getter/setter, but I think `$effect` looks simpler (snippet #2). What's better?
