Steph only missed 100 threes during the entire playoffs in 2017.

My Everton brain is still trying to rebuild a whole personality after the last four campaigns.

You're able to walk everywhere you need in Amsterdam, which is fantastic for a short trip. You'll be logging 40K steps per day without realizing it. Plenty of well-known museums to hit while you're there, but if you're a film buff at all, the Eye Filmmuseum is a treat.

I'm truly sorry if I missed this somehow (so many Ringer pods in March!) -- did Big Pic ever do a Hackman episode/segment?

Matt, this pitcher currently lives in Peoria, Ill., just 90 minutes away from Champaign!

As an Illinois fan, I wish Koby Brea proselytized to this poor-shooting Rite before he rained threes upon the Illini congregation with this alleged deficient ball.

While recognizing this is important metric for DPOY, esp. for the C position that he nominally plays, he's likely only defending 3.7 shots/game in that part of the court because he's deployed against guards/wings often. Idk if there's a way to cross-reference this stat w/stats on guarding jumpers

Can you imagine this happening in others sports? It would be like LeBron having his 2011 Finals performance at least once a season in the playoffs.

So surreal to imagine him strolling the campus at Illinois as a student...

This abrupt change in the thread threw me off, but made me think... I have to be your only Bluesky follower from Peoria (where Bradley is based)! S/O to the Press Box. And my first kiddo just turned one, this is an accurate summary of dad life in those first few months: What game is on next?

Alright then, let's lock this W down before 8 for our guy Drew!

This thing came out in 2001 and still sounds like immaculate rock music.

Moyes wouldn't agree to a "caretaker" arrangement, but I'd feel better about the appointment if it was. Even if he succeeds in keeping Everton up, there's a decent chance we're in the same place this time next season. Then what?

I think he's a perfect spiritual descendant of the early-aughts guards that were considered cool by youngins for their scoring/lead guard prowess but often dismissed by more seasoned observers for their relative non-impact on winning.

You basically wrote the book on Raja! I think this user meant that this podcast has existed for several years now.

Brother, I can assure you there are no fewer than 500 places offering a tenderloin sandwich in the Central Illinois belt of the state.

SO true. After 2.75 sets of just bludgeoning hits... the Huskers stopped swinging for long stretches of play! Still, to come back from that deficit in the 4th set seemed like some team-of-destiny magic

As an Illinois alum/Everton supporter eagerly reading this thread, I was like "wait, is that a phrase I never knew about??"

Is there anything resembling the Dylan in the Don't Look Back doc? I was so shocked to see how much of a dick he was... it was riveting!

For someone who doesn't always lock-in on every year's HOF ballot... is Hanley Ramirez's inclusion on this ballot crazy? Or does a longshot candidacy like that always pop up? If Hanley is there, should Derrek Lee be there??
