But Jeffries needs to be on board. More than that — Jeffries needs to be actively pushing the House members to use this playbook. So far, he's been doing the opposite.

This a big deal because if Wyden and the other Democrats raise a point of order, Republicans would need 60 votes to keep the ban on using Medicaid and CHIP dollars for gender-affirming care in the bill.

Since being taken by unknown armed men in South LA on Wednesday night, Juli’s whereabouts remain unknown. @ImmDef is making inquiries w/ DHS, but she’s not showing up in any locators. Her family has called every number they can find.
