If you had political capital to enact a progressive income tax to fund free fares, would you do it? In this hypothetical, this political capital is not fungible, you can't enact this tax for educacional or healthcare.

There is a genocide happening. Children are hungry, dying from exposure. The graffiti points to that, the museum probably had "never again" written all over the walls. The best such a museum can do right now is support this message.

I like to believe that Anne Frank and other holocaust victims would be rather sympathetic to this grafitti. The true defacement to their memory is letting it happen again.

Ground-level, secure, versatile bike parking that is effortlessly easy to use = essential.
As soon as something becomes inconvenient, it is likely to be underused.
Also: Bikes really should be parked with their wheels on the ground.
Ceiling hooks are niche; they aren't a mainstream solution.
