Alver looked at Cale's messed up clothes and Choi Han's pink flush. "Uh huh," he said, regretting all his actions in life. "You're officiating our wedding," Cale announced. These fucking people. They were lucky that he loved them. [End.]

Almost an hour later, they poked their heads out of the office. Alver was finishing some paperwork on the floor of the hallway right outside. "Oh, there you are," Cale said. "We have news."

"You deserve better than a paper ring," Choi Han said breathily. "Maybe," said Cale, "but it's the one I want."

"No," Choi Han said. "It wouldn't be. You really feel that way about—" "Yes," Cale replied. "I do." He scooted closer to Choi Han. Choi Han, overwhelmed, leaned back as Cale pinned him down. Long red hair tickled his ear.

Alver stood up abruptly. "Haha, I think Chester is calling for me. I'll talk to you all later. Goodbye." If he saw them making out, he was sure he would get sick. But the two on the couch didn't even notice him leaving.

Cale looked up, his face a mixture of sly and shy. "I don't particularly mind," he said. "Cale-nim!" "Well, Choi Han. Would it really be so bad? To be with me?" They stared into each other's eyes, lost in their own world.

Cale's face turned red. Choi Han's too. It was embarrassing to watch. Good, Alver thought. Finally, he was no longer suffering alone. His glee lasted only a moment before Cale acted.

Both of them jumped like they'd been hit by lightning. Choi Han coughed into his hand. "Prince Alver," Choi Han said, "you shouldn't joke so lightly. Think about Cale-nim's dignity?" "What dignity?" Alver asked, completely serious.

He held out the ring for Cale, who slipped his fourth finger into it smoothly. The last of Alver's patience snapped. "I now pronounce you husband and wife," he said dryly.

Alver watched in horror as Choi Han grabbed a piece of paper—the training schedule!—and folded it into a ring. Clearly, they were going to get nothing done today. "I used to make these with money all the time," Choi Han said. "I forgot I still knew how to do it."

Choi Han laughed. Nothing Cale did seemed strange to him, infatuated without even knowing. "Did you make one for yourself?" he asked. "Not yet," Cale replied. "Then please, allow me."

When Alver and Choi Han next paused, it was because Cale had placed an origami sword in Choi Han's hand. "Here. For you." Then, like it was a pittance, Cale tossed a paper crown toward Alver. "And for you too."

"That flattery doesn't work on me—I know my cookies are delicious. Stop bothering him. We have work to do." Cale clicked his tongue and cast his eyes about for another distraction. His eyes landed on the papers on the table. Huh.

This had Cale stop slurping, but the man was clearly still bored and in need of attention. He grabbed a cookie and put it in Choi Han's mouth while Choi Han was still talking. Alver glared at him. "Is it so bad to share something delicious?" Cale asked innocently.

"Cale," Alver said. "Stop acting like a hooligan." "It's hot," Cale complained. "Drinking like this makes it cooler." If it was so hot, why didn't he get off Choi Han? Alver very kindly held back his comment, though he nearly lost it when Choi Han leaned and blew on the cup.

Alver looked over the papers Choi Han brought and hummed. "You're reducing my training time by thirty minutes?" he asked. "Only temporarily, to give your body time to adjust. We'll be working on increasing intensity." Cale slurped his tea.

"Please, take a seat," Alver said. Cale made himself at home without needing any encouragement, heading straight to the couch and dragging Choi Han along his gravitational pull. He leaned against Choi Han and grabbed a cup of tea.

The two of them weren't officially anything, but gods above if Alver wasn't tired of them dancing around each other like idiots. Still, they were his idiots, and he welcomed them inside his office. "I brought over the new training schedule," Choi Han said, holding a notebook.
