okay good, that's the way my doctors told me to do it -- as quitting cold turkey can be really dangerous. that being said idk if you'd like to move to dms, but also don't wanna stress you out/keep you long. you're doing the best you can, just keep tabs on it. 💖

i keep wanting them to find something but they haven't yet, despite me feeling like shiz everyday, my least favorite tests are blood draws and scopes, everything else is cake.

I get that, but they didn't find anything with me despite my symptoms, i myself am going in for a sleep study at some point. I know it's scary, especially when your anxiety, ocd, etc is clinging onto cyclical fears.

if you weren't able to taper/titrate off your meds, you may be experiencing withdrawal which can be really unpleasant. I would talk to your docs asap about this stuff. I'm sorry you're going through it :c

oh it's not too scary, they just tape little nodes to you to check your brain wave function and heart stuff -- it takes only a few minutes and very non-invasive.

i am photosensitive and have mild seizures and muscle spasms from certain colors and flashing lights/patterns. not always but they do happen -- some sort of odd side effect of my ssris...
anyway, i love maximalist designs but they can definitely be major eye/nerve strain.
