Saw Prince Ahmed by Lotte Reiniger, the 1st ever animated feature film on the big screen @ Niles Essanay Film Museum in Fremont, CA. Disappointed with the storytelling & faded colors from the 1960s 16mm print. The silver lining was witnessing Lotte’s wonderful artistry & ingenuity.

Today is Fergus' maybe-birthday! On his adoption papers it says he was born December 23, but since he was returned to the shelter twice we've never been sure if that was an accurate date from a previous owner or an estimate. Either way, we celebrate our bright little boy today!
