And no I don't but familiar with the problem and not surprised you asked. My answer from the companies I ran: keep comp plans incredibly simple. That reduces the odds of perverse cases.

Do you have any good links on the bad behavior that will inevitably result from the chosen comp plan, and how to head it off proactively, rather than the more typical "oh, we never realized that our sales people would do that to hit their numbers!"?
