Yes, true, if I really want to read it

And I was pleasantly surprised the Facebook memories reminded me of something useful!

That's quite unusual

Also pleasantly surprised to find myself saying something sensible

Yes, that's definitely true

Yes, a few do that, no-where near $8bn worth. More common is doctors doing services they don't claim just to make sure they don't get accused of rorting.

Also, never forget, they allowed a minister of government to access the private Centrelink file of someone who criticised Robodebt in public, and leaked that file to friendly press.

Think it couldn't happen here? Just read about Robodebt. (Mean Streak by @squigglyrick.bsky.social -read it now) It could/already did happen here.

Have a great trip, travel safely and enjoy every moment!

I was really pleasantly surprised at how 2-way it all was too. Everyone was keen to learn from each other. Though I was an individual travelling, it was very much a team sport!

Otherwise, I tried to savour every moment! I said yes to every invitation, and I even took photos of myself "being all Churchill Fellowey" to increase my confidence and convince myself it was real!

I took lots of photos, and lots of notes. I travelled as light as I could, and I mailed things back to myself during the trip.

Wonderful, that's really interesting. The best thing I did was accidental. I left a spare week in my trip, that meant I could go back to London and meet other people I missed.

Oh, that is so exciting! Where are you going, and what are you investigating?

Also, you should subscribe (www.croakey.org/subscribe-to...) or donate (www.croakey.org/support-croa...) or even buy cool merch (www.redbubble.com/people/croak...) to support @croakeynews.bsky.social They are part of the fact based community, which is quite important in health!

Please feel free to share all the #ChurchillDeepEnd articles and my final report (www.churchilltrust.com.au/fellow/tim-s...) very widely. The more people know about it, the better our health system could be. Especially with an election coming...
