Ugh. Can you plug your kindle in to your pc and copy the files to a new folder on your desktop? I’ve done that when I’ve had to reset my kindle and then just put them back on. Not sure if all the files would be compatible if you wanted to convert them, but at least you’d have a backup for a kindle

Do you have a newer 2024 kindle? I’ve read that the new ones from 2024 arent able to download and transfer 🤔🤔

Do you have the drop down menu when you click more actions? That’s where mine is to download and transfer usb and then I have to check mark my kindle then I’m able to download
