I think they just didn’t want to rerelease it for the Wii and felt better making up excuses. Give us a Switch version with the full track list.

Originally when people brought it up the reason they didn’t rerelease it with the same track list for the Wii was because the Wii version was a test to see if it would sell. Then when it took off it because “there’s not enough disk space for the Wii version”.

After a lot of trial and error, I figured it out. I was supposed to square the result of the matching color’s step.

Now time to uncover everything and I’m curious about getting back to room 46 now that I’ve technically beaten the game. I feel so much more relaxed now. I genuinely didn’t want to pick it up again these past few days after that previous run. This is like a weight lifted.

The real slap to the face was one of the rooms I attempted on the side to try and maybe salvage it gave me a dice to reroll and no keys. So it’s not even like I could try for the other side of the chamber. I was completely screwed

What's worse is that the other possible useful doors were all locked too. I was so close. I mean, I'm at least proud of myself for getting that close to beating the game. I'll give myself that. I am, however, shaking from adrenaline from being that close and not being able to get it.

When I’m locked in, I tend to miss things a lot, and especially when colors are similar tones to others. It’s part of why some color puzzles I struggle with, but it’s mostly with cooler tones, a lot of blues. So now I make a mental note to look for the purple. Not sure how many other people miss it.

Blue Prince is a game where you can make a blueprint of a house and you draft different rooms. One of them is the billiard room, and it has a dart board that, while you can’t play darts on it, you have to solve math problems to unlock rewards.

I’m not a big game studio. I am one person learning how to make games for fun and maybe eventually to make something from it. You could consider me more of a hobbyist. Speeding through projects isn’t how I work, and I shouldn’t force myself to do that.

It did get me thinking though, I am one person. I know people nowadays want everything as quickly as possible and I feel like I need to get everything together asap. But realistically I need to focus on one thing at a time. My main game “Look Out!” can wait. I can take my time with it.

Not notes for my own games, notes to solving the puzzles. I drew up a grid and everything. I'm only four words away from solving that. Although, I did have to look up one of the letter answers because I was thinking "pine tree" not "fir" for one of them. Also, I love the library. That was cool.

Note to self, window shutters are a pain to draw. 😅

Especially since a lot of it involves me making the art myself, and working out what needs to be on separate layers in the actual game window, it's going to be a lot of tedious stuff.

I just need to figure out their inventory system first in order to test it out.
