🍔🍔🍔🍔 quarter-pound blend wagyu and dry-aged beef, flame-seared in smoky galbi sauce. sharp cheddar, stir-fried kimchi, pickled veggies, anda kimchi aioli. Pretty good ! Kbbq isn't where id tell most people to get a burger , but if you NEED one this is the one.

two smash patties as the "Bun" topped with grilled pineapple, brown sugar peppercorn bacon, and American cheese. Hoisin glaze and creamy Boursin aioli.Fresh lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onion. 🍔 Friendly, but slow service. Do not recommend the burger, it's a mess.

Elote Smash Burger 🍔🍔🍔🍔 Single beef patty, Swiss, Mexican street corn, pickled chiles, charred jalapeño aioli and cilantro. The random carrot was weird ? Patty was smashed and browned 👍, jalapenos fresh , good flavors but messy.

🍔🍔🍔 Grilled chuck, thin sliced pork belly, melted mozzarella smoked gouda, Thai chili garlic pickles, pickled carrots/daikon, red onions, fresh jalapeños, cilantro, hoisin ketchup,sriracha mayo on a French bread bun. I think the flavors weren't unified but the quality of each ingredient was good.

Bayou Gold Smashburger 🍔🍔🍔🍔 One smashed beef patty with pepper jack cheese, apple-braised pork with Carolina Gold BBQ, creole slaw, and pickles on a buttery brioche bun Good, meaty, flavorful; slaw had a nice zip , patty was cooked well though not smashed enough.

Green chili smash burger. Single patty burger with bacon, green chilis, poblano ranch, griddles onions, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. 🍔🍔🍔🍔 4/5 burgers Topless photo since no knife. Pretty good ! Bst 1x patty so far and actually was a smashed patty! Poblano ranch gets lost in the cheese and chili.
