3 years ago, 3+ months of geolocating, identifying & counting came to a shattering horror: that the Russians were actually going to be stupid enough to invade. Even with seeing so much, in retrospect, nothing could have prepared us for the start. Never going to forget that time. Still surreal.

Also, they can't call concentration camps or Nazi salutes by their name. Again, these outlets do great investigative journalism, but it is fully negated by their constant normalization & "reverse emailing" of the fascism. I wish it weren't the case, but it is. Other choices remain readily available.
