I think the administration wants SCOTUS to strike the EO down for 1 of 2 possible reasons. Either they want a reason to suspend the Constitution or to show that SCOTUS can't enforce its dictates.

IMO we are on the verge of a major recession that could hit as soon as 1st or 2nd quarter in 2025. However, it might be further out, but there are a lot of market indicators like the yield index that seem to show a trend toward recession.

I can confirm that TikTok has gone dark. I will be deleting everything Meta tomorrow and writing to both my senators (dems) and representative (repub) that I will support primaries against them and will not vote for them if they are the candidate in the general election.
