That said, we still need to pass Prop 35 as a half measure to ensure healthcare taxes already taken - this is not a new tax - is appropriately earmarked to go to Medicaid funding. Newsom is trying to take that money to the general fund. That’s the problem.

When natalism becomes a cornerstone of a major party platform, I’m not surprised to see that make it to the Supreme Court. It’s wild, as a legal tool, to make that argument, but it tracks with their strategy for everything else - flood the zone.

Yeaaaaa, that’s kind of my thought. Strong and solid tempered glass is ok! So long as it has a flared base! My suspicion is this is not solid, nor tempered. I could be wrong!
