After losing 91 pounds by last July, I slowly gained 10 pounds during football season then gained another 10 pounds the first 6 weeks of the new year. I started to seriously monitor my diet again a week ago and lost 9 pounds the first week. My goal is to lose 30 more pounds by August 1st.
