Hier ist sehr gut "Dolus Eventualis", der Eventualvorsatz erklärt. Es ist sogar anschaulich erklärt, warum dieser auf eine einfache Wahl zutrifft. Theoretisch kann man zusammenfassen : wer was, was er da mit AfD oder CDU wählt, der ist mit dran schuld, wenn das dann eintritt. Vorsatz.
