Happy to be switching to @libro.fm from Audible. Love being able to support a local shop, but it's mostly because I can download my books in a format I can keep for myself (mp3). No need to worry about them being stolen back by the platform trying to claim they were just leased. (Boo Amazon)

if you have the urge to buy a gun go do this instead. it'll give you the sense of usefulness you were probably looking for when considering buying a gun but this is way more likely to actually help someone instead of being way more likely to hurt someone.
