I have this syndrome. Let me tell you all, EDS is a bitch. Here is my story of diagnosis. I was not an athletic child. I was clumsy, and injury prone. As an adult I started to get more active. Once I started regularly lifting weights - with good form from a personal trainer - I began getting hurt.
