I attended an event in Barcelona last week and AI was a big topic. Like many things, it seems humankind has a tool at its disposal that could benefit humanity or destroy it. And it seems we are having a hard deciding which way to go with that.

This earns a follow because of my dozen white Christian cousins and the answers I don’t want to hear.

Having Shondra Rhimes and Jon Baptiste stick around is not something he would have had any interest in.

I always love seeing your smiling face, but enjoy what is on your mind and in your heart even more - just be you. Engagement is a strange and slippery thing, these days more than usual. But if my Substack engagement doesn't pick up soon, I'm going back to selling feet pics. ;-)

A male friend got called out for mansplaining to my wife. He defended his actions by saying, "Men are, by nature, problem solvers...and that gets me in trouble." I said, "That thinking should be what gets you in trouble." My wife is the best problem solver I know.

This headline would've been more helpful 3+ months ago when the NYT knew this would happen but opted to make Trump seem less dangerous than they knew he was.

I'm eager for Spring, so I can take barefoot walks and get my earthing and exercise in at the same time. I grounded in the snow this morning, making me either brave or crazy.

I only recently discovered Poetry Man on an old edition of American Top 40. And yes, I adore Patti as well, and am an advocate for barefoot dancing.

Someone on my feed said, "even worse than Beyonce," which tells me all kinds of things about this very blockable acquaintance. I want to say, "I'm sorry you weren't culturally-centered in last night's half-time performance. How does it feel?"

And, boy, are they! All the white people saying they miss the days of Prince performing at the Super Bowl, when you know many of them disparaged his performance at the time. And yes, Prince would have LOVED Kendrick's performance.

They always seem to point to Moses and David: “flawed men” who God still used. My question: how did God use Lucifer and how’s that working for Him?

It’s gotten so bad, our twenty something kids are liking my posts out of sympathy. What used to get 20-30 likes now gets 3.

This was for federal spaces, including National Parks, but I promise, his faithful flock think this means every Hardee's and Taco Bell in America will be "forced to go back to plastic" when, in fact, they've never stopped using plastic. It's the "We can say Merry Christmas again" of the week.
