I’m trying to fathom why so many people hate the new Shrek design and I’m just not seeing it. He looks fine to me. Shrek’s also over two decades old, it wasn’t going to look the same forever.

I watched "Harriet the Spy" for the first time tonight probably since I was like eight or nine in memory of Michelle Trachtenberg. I remember really liking it as a kid and even kept a notebook like Harriet. Feeling of sadness watching it. She died far too young. RIP.

Got my MRI done yesterday. Now just have to wait for the doctor to look over the results and determine if surgery is needed. I'm hoping it won't be because the swelling/pain has gone down significantly the last few days. But, in any case, I just want to be done with this and walk around freely again

Very saddened hearing about the passing of Lynne Marie Stewart, best known for her portrayal of Miss Yvonne from Pee-Wee’s Playhouse and Bonnie Kelly (Charlie’s mom) from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. She was hilarious and kind and will be missed. RIP. 💜

I slipped on ice and fell last Saturday and though I thought nothing of it after the initial fall around two days later I had bad leg pain creep up. Turns out I probably pulled/strained something when I fell in my leg. I've been out of commission for days now. All over slipping in ice. Winter sucks.

I miss back in the day when, on Super Bowl weekend, Cartoon Network would do something called "The Big Game" where they did a Super Bowl style match between two cartoon rivals. They did match ups like Coyote vs. Road Runner, Tom vs. Jerry, and Bugs vs. Daffy. I remember Daffy won, shocking everyone.

Don't let anyone tell you that you're "too old" for your hobbies. You want to still watch anime and play video games in your 30s? Go to fan conventions in your 40s? Knock yourself out! You don't just suddenly stop having hobbies when you hit 30 so keep enjoying what you enjoy and fuck everyone else.
