ive become so sensitive to feeling unwanted or like i shouldn't be around or im annoying people, its been so hard to fight. i think things will get better when i stop feeling so lost. i hope ill keep trying and pull through.. the best anyone can do is keep trying

last note, this is kind of similar to why i keep to myself more than usual & have a hard time opening up, being present & connecting. you feel unsafe, unsure of things, including yourself. its disheartening when it comes from the closest. wishing for growth and healing to all.
