Oh for sure. If I could spend less than I do on a plane ticket I would for sure take more trips to places around the state/region. I just hate driving an hour each time to go anywhere.

I hate how they used the slow speed to justify not going through with it.
If you at least build the rails you can upgrade later on for higher speeds. Also saying that planes are faster than cars misses the point that most Ohioans would rather drive than fly.

This is my thing. The city near me has been gutted for highway and street expansions. There are parts that are dense and walkable, but large chunks barely feel safe on a bike.
