I used to have this underlying feeling that I was approval/validation seeking when sharing ideas. Now, I view this more like 'pressure testing.' And tbh, not everyone is good for this. Some are incredibly skilled at building artificially unsolvable roadblocks—shutting ideas down before ever trying.
