The officers have been assessed not merely by their military rank, but by their importance to Russia's war effort. We also assessed the less tangible aspects of the kills, including morale impact (both 🇺🇦 and 🇷🇺), operational tempo, and future potential of the officer.

He collapsed while running the "Bridges of Vladivostok" marathon and died on the scene. We don't know whether there was any Ukrainian involvement in his sudden medical emergency, so for now he will remain as a Dishonorable Mention.
