I mean I’ve wrote and rewrote it so often, but never a full draft, I have no idea how to get myself to write it out like I feel so stuck with it- I have all of this info in my head and no ability to express it

Omg you’re so right?? I get this tight nausea feeling in my chest whenever I try to write it and I’m overwhelmed by feelings of shame and guilt bc I haven’t “succeeded” yet, so it stops me from even getting a rough draft done
