Yeah, but there should also be a wider acknowledgement that... kids shows don't have to be a mess of candy sweetness and senseless fluff. That "age appropriate" media can still handle complex themes. That kids need time to THINK and UNDERSTAND. That...KIDS DON'T LIKE BEING TALKED DOWN TO.

Some people do be rocking some ugly-ass shoes, though. I don't care if it's fashion, color theory says Don't Do That.

Affirmative Action is when a convicted Felon gets to be a (terrible) president.

If a Genome Soldier comes after me I'm gonna throw the hook of my cart strap at him.

I guess that means we gotta arrest everyone claiming to be ICE.

Now I know you're talking out of your ass. And don't fucking call me "Kid". I'm 41, dumbass. And a hell of a lot smarter than you can ever pretend to be.

okay literally 3 seconds of googling on ME/CFS brought me to the Mayo Clinic page which states that the exact cause is unknown but experts believe it may be triggered by a combination of factors and it doesn't cite vaccines as a cause in short you should see a doctor, not a TWITTER PAGE.

The snake oil salesman didn't go away, he just changed his venue and updated his product.

Lol none of this is true the immunocompromised might experience a reaction but that's a known variable the most anyone's ever gotten from a vaccine otherwise is temporary soreness at the injection site and MAYBE a mild fever for a day or two. There are no "Vaccine Courts" anywhere but Facebook.

is there some arcane ritual we can use to sacrifice Donny Two-Depends and get George back?
comment in response to post
you sound like either 1) an extreme fringe case, 2) a liar, or 3) a liar with preexisting conditions that you subsequently blamed on a vaccine that practically nobody else has had any ill effects from. Maybe fix your diet or something.

There is no such thing as a vaccine injury.

Categorically false. Demonstrably false. I am likely to die from NOT seeing a doctor, but that's monumentally different to some disgruntled PERM-holder shooting up my job because they didn't like the price of bananas or whatever flimsy reasoning fills their mutant brains.

Once again someone manages to find a way to lodge their head firmly up their ass. Presidents, like dictators and autocrats, don't act alone. We have GOT to stop pretending that any of this shit gets done by the sole power and authority of the executive branch.

There's never any explanation for where the pantheons came from, only that "God confused all the people at Babel, so nobody could speak to each other to finish building the tower"

yeah but I'm saying it shouldn't. A laser is just light at a single frequency all moving in the same direction. There's nothing otherwise special about it. All that matters in terms of causing damage is amplitude, not wavelength. It should be able to bypass shields just as sunlight does.

Or are you telling me that none of their ornithopters or starships, not to mention countless other things, don't require constant micro-adjustments in some way? Adjustments that would need to be made at millisecond intervals by the way.

tearing up the Rose Garden for a fucking concrete slab should be a capital offense.

I can only go on what I personally was taught, and the clarity of distance that tells me that no, they didn't have that scripture in mind when the crusades started or at any point after. Modern Christians view themselves as the inheritors of Judah, including the mandate to go forth and conquer.

we have more guns than God but nobody willing to use them to the right effect.

It could never work. Miss Mizzle would short her out. Water's bad for electronics, remember?

"I come to bring not peace, but a sword" was more talking about the division that would be created when people change religions, not that people would be out there fighting each other over minor differences in interpretation. But, well, wherever you have differences in opinion--

Protesters wear masks because of penny ante cosplaytriots throwing smoke grenades for no reason. Every time they show up the situation gets worse. You should stop making arguments in bad faith because it's REALLY not welcome here.

Who said anything about melee attacks? Besides which I doubt those Hollywood Hardasses could hit the broad side of a barn with a grenade--if they could even get the pin out. Not to mention they jump at so many shadows they're likely to commit friendly fire long before anyone actually aims at them.

Probably gonna put a bunch of gaudy fake gold statues up there, made of some heavy-ass bargain bin materials that would've sank into the ground.

It had to have been aliens. It's always aliens. And the mysterious ability for rogue machines to spawn equipment they weren't made with or designed to have. Like steering motors in a push mower. Or a mass driver in a vending machine.

too many of the 'good guys with guns' don't actually exist, and the ones that do are too afraid of losing their livelihoods or freedom by standing up to these goons.
comment in response to post
Perhaps, but you try explaining that to the government and the right-wing lunatics who think it means that it's there to justify owning more guns than an entire regiment (and wanting to use them on the brown people next door).

yeah but there's logistics beyond that. So whoever was in charge of the actual logistics (because let's be real here, the Felon couldn't organize a sock drawer) was turbocharged on stupid juice. More to the good I suppose, we don't want him having a parade to be PROUD of.
