Good luck with the move! Seems like maybe everything is heading in the right direction for you, especially with the can seamer thing yesterday too. You are much loved x

They also have a Cheese Barge @ Paddington, plus they run the cheese restaurant at Courtyard Dairy near Settle. I cannot recommend CD enough anyway, they do fab online cheese events with wine/cider/beer pairings. Might be a couple of hours from you but might be worth having a look at their website?

I agree, could be B12 deficiency. I was diagnosed about 18 months ago, have an injection by the nurse every 10 weeks and it's absolutely marvellous!

Hard agree with you on Sarah Hughes Dark Ruby Mild, especially sat in the Beacon on a cold winter's day. A true joy!

Is there any admin etc tasks you can do to make it more worthwhile? Hope the shift goes ok and you get some customers to keep you busy.

You look absolutely fine in them! I'm still channelling my inner Timmy Mallet specs wise and really have to rein it in when I choose new glasses.

I'm very much a beginner/amateur landscape artist but I get my inspiration from shapes, colours and textures wherever I'm wandering around. Something just catches my eye and pulls me in. I'm a long way from just being able to paint from my imagination, but it's a start.

Absolutely love that piece, especially the reflection in the water. I must visit Bexhill when I'm in Hastings in July, I love a nice art gallery!

I'm sorry for the anniversary of her loss, but I'm sure she would be incredibly proud of everything you have achieved and what a decent person you are Sean (as well as her grandchildren who are all good people too). I hope you can take some solace in that and enjoy your birthday tomorrow xx

I remember doing 'cocktail monopoly' with J in the Falstaff several years ago (when they uses to do awesome themed seasonal menus). I think we were both squiffy, what a lovely afternoon it was! Good luck with your cocktail event, it sounds fab!

Having read this week's Popbitch about them exploiting writers, I hope that no UK writers submit anything, and that they piss off back to the US. If you want talent, then pay them properly!

So which was the first Camra fest if not Cambridge?
comment in response to
post
I was pretty sure Cambridge is the oldest Camra beer fest, closely followed a few months later by Kent Beer Festival (RIP), with the first GBBF following the next year?
