Huh... that's odd... the agency that provided aid to end apartheid in South Africa is the first agency to be shuttered by... ::checks notes:: an un-elected South African expatriate with an axe to grind over his family's cheap labor being taken away as a kid. That's probably just coincidental.

For me, personally, I respect the SHIT out of buxom ladies going braless in the winter. Just, the sheer AUDACITY and reckless disregard for human life and a man’s marriage to just put the girls on display, and then turn the high beams on. It’s what made this country great, once, and can again.
