Delivering David O. Russell level comedy without involving the annoyingly burdensome presence of David O. Russell. Masochism is my superpower. Movies, Wrestling, and Music opinions are mine and also yours and you should always agree with me.

I’m sick of people claiming my faith but refuse to act in Love. 1 Corinthians 13:1 “If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal”. These cymbals might claim my crew but they sure ain’t reppin my set.

God doesn’t work in caveats: Matthew 25:40 "Whatever you do to the least of these, you do to me" No mention of immigration or spoken language. God. Doesn’t. Stutter.

Oh, hey look. The Bible he hasn’t read: Leviticus 19:33-34 "Do not mistreat foreigners who are living in your land. Treat them as you would an Israelite, and love them as you love yourselves". Exodus 22:21 "Do not mistreat an alien or oppress him, for you were aliens in Egypt"

At this point we’re not asking the Fox to guard the henhouse we’re just flat out putting him in charge of the omelette station.

Never thought I’d see “Ready. Fire. Aim.” turned in to actual policy. Welcome to this dystopian Three Stooges hellscape we now inhabit.

Hey, #boston! #philadelphia thinks it’s better than you! I need some Sam Adams, 1775 energy outta you provincial fucks towards this governments bullshit ASAP.
comment in response to post
Ah Philly. Never change. This is such a good redirect of your energy from chaotic evil to chaotic good.

This is endgame. This is the tipping point. Fight now or forever hold your peace. Even if we fail, better to go down swinging than be a jackboot stormtrooper offering up a meager “I was just following orders” when the reckoning comes. I refuse to be weighed in the measure and found wanting.

Walking away from the press room and playing by Duchess of Queensbury rules when the other side are in a Jell-O mud-wrestling competition is just another example of the disconnect with the reality of this administration. This is not business as usual. This is not something we “endure” for 4 years.

Politely and respectfully? FUCK NO. They need to be dragged out kicking and screaming. Same w/all these officials resigning in protest. In protest of what? Having someone stay that’s loyal to the constitution and not President Muskrat and the Cheeto is far more important than polite protest.

Plus, the whole “for profit” demand on OpenAI to pull the purchase makes more sense now. If OpenAI is nonprofit it could put them at a competitive disadvantage or even eliminate them from bidding when that time comes.
comment in response to post
I wonder who will have a competitive advantage when that time comes? Silicon Valley innovation or someone who illegally acquired terabytes of PII and financial data directly from government servers to train their LLM? No conflict of interest though.

That implies they have any measure of moral or ethical consistency (Spoiler Alert: they don’t.) They are a band of moral relativists; whatever means justify their end, they will do 3 cognitive backflips with a half-gainer to achieve. Their moral continuum looks like an MC Escher drawing ✍️ ♾️

And make no mistake, the “Oldboy” reference is deliberate due to the amount of people that have been steadily gaslighted into fucking themselves over in this country. Unfortunately, not enough of them have proper levels of shame to grab the nearest pair of scissors ✂️

Every single civil servant and American citizen should be like PSH right now. This is the kind of fucking energy I need out of my country right now. Country over Party Service over Servitude Constitution over Caesar

See. This is someone who properly comic’s. Also acceptable answer; unstable molecules. When in doubt, always unstable molecules.

Yup. One of my favorite panels and how I learned about the quote that led me to the Mark Twain original. Great pull.

"When the mob and the press and the whole world tell you to move. Your job is to plant yourself like a tree beside the river of truth and tell the whole world: “No, you move.” - Mark Twain 2/2

"It doesn’t matter what the press says. It doesn’t matter what the politicians or the mobs say. It doesn’t matter if the whole country decides that something wrong is something right. Republics are founded on one principle above all else: The requirement that we stand up for what we believe in." 1/2

Won’t he just changes his narrative to the next lie/dogwhistle? I struggle to find the event that sticks to him because he continuously seems to dance through raindrops, get soaking wet, and come out the other side to chants of “he’s dry!” That said, hammer the ever loving crap outta him on this.

It can no longer be “your truth” or “my truth”; we need to get back to the absolute truth of a thing because without it, we’re just going to drown in a sea of “alternate facts” and adjacent storytellers who standing next to something that’s nowhere near the truth. End 🧵
comment in response to post
Time after time, adjacent to the truth but claiming it as if. Always someone next to someone but never the actual person. She’s a model but you wouldn’t know her, she goes to another school. And people keep falling for it. The lies are suffocating but we must keep calling them out.

And then our President… always meeting people that fawn over him and glaze him like a Dunkin Donut. Never has a name. Never can get that person on camera for an interview.

Could it be because it’s utter bullshit because if pharmaceutical companies will maximize profits off of insulin, what do you think they’d do if they had a cure for cancer? Bury it? Or mark the fuck up out of it? The lie falls apart the second it makes contact with reality.
comment in response to post
And of course, Mel Gibson KNOWS multiple people that have cured cancer with the garbage medical cocktail Q and MAGA swear buy. But he won’t give a name. Why? He knows people with a cure for cancer? Why isn’t he pushing these people to get the word out?

Then there’s DEI. Anytime someone knows someone that lost a job to an “unqualified black” or a “woman who is physically incapable” of performing, there’s not a name or a company that they put out there. And on the rare occasion they do; the unqualified white is exposed pretty quickly crying wolf.

Funny how there’s never a genuine article from the Sacramento Bee about such an event. It’s always some Breitbart or Blaze affiliate spreading the story.

When it comes to woke, they can never define it, but they always know someone who’s cousin teaches in California and they FOR SURE have litter boxes for kids that identify as cats. But god forbid you get the name of the cousin or the school.

What’s even better, @tonykhan.bsky.social can hook them up with the guy that took care of Cody Rhodes, and REALLY make sure it’s a statement piece.
