Sinfest webcomic series immediately comes to mind as a really obvious example in the negative direction.

Silicone oven mitts. I can just put them in the dishwasher when they get dirty. Same for my trivets and spoon rests.
I anti-recommend two part tools, with wooden handles and silicone heads. The heads are easy to clean, as above, but the handles have to be hand washed.

Ooh yeah. I know I totally just filled it in with all the pegs we had. And then attempting to take the paper off without removing any of the pegs, just because. That also felt weird; if you used thick paper, it'd be this bumpy bendy almost-fabric.

Yes, and those buttons need to be actual, pressable, shapes. Not that flat panel capacitive stuff. You wouldn't have to have light up 'buttons' if you could operate them with your eyes closed.

Eheh... I should really straighten out what I'm doing with mine. It's apparently been 1,458 days since my last backup, so says their email.
'preciate the small reminder to look into that.

If it's Windows, they introduced with 8 that the default 'shutdown' was actually a hybrid S2-S3 hibernate thingy. You had to manually tell it to do a full shutdown. I don't have 10 or 11 so I dunno if that's still the case.
