I think this could be incredible, even though it’s perfectly natural to be skeptical and pissed. The original is about kids doing what their parents couldn’t, and you could flip that coin now so easily, and with such satisfying results. I’m very curious to see what the Goonies are up to.

I finally saw a friend, my age, share a video on Facebook that was clearly AI generated, and my assumption is that this person was not aware, or it did not concern them. This has been happening for a while, obviously, but I had not really felt it until today.

We watched Zootopia last night with Milo (his first viewing) and Amanda asked “Was this in Disney Infinity?” I then pointed to the figures of Judy and Nick that I had already retrieved and put on the living room table. #nerd

With LA schools reopening we headed back home, and it looks like firefighters are going to eventually get on top of the beast that almost crept into the valley. Fingers crossed for no more flareups. Thank you to the LAFD, and all the volunteers from other cities and countries. Filled with gratitude.

I’ve lived in LA for 4 decades, but today is the first time I’ve evacuated for any reason. Our house is not officiallly flagged, but it’s next to a zone that is, so we’re playing it safe. Tons of love to those waiting on updates or sifting through ashes. ❤️
