In today's Quinnipiac poll, 40% of Democrats approve of the way congressional Democrats are handling their job. 49% disapprove. In 2017, those splits were 64-28 (+36) among Democrats. That's *really* bad approval among your own voters. Lot of time to turn it around, but there's a risk here.

Polio survivor Mitch McConnell voted against RFK Jr. today because he knows he’ll harm public health. He had a chance to stop all this after January 6th and convict Trump in the Senate but was too big of a coward. He gets no credit for his “courage” today.

My top Super Bowl memory is when Musk tweeted “Go Eagles” in 2023 from the game and then deleted it after a similar tweet from Biden got more engagement. Then he flew to Twitter HQ and demanded his workers find out why his posts were doing poorly, starting a multi-day fact finding mission.
