Using Butch’s ass as a warmer. Smart.

It was the equivalent of about 4 shots of piss warm cheap vodka in one. Truly one of the worst experiences of my life.

I’ll never forget Summercamp 2008. Super hot, after getting everything dragged in and set up, pulled out a water and took a massive chug—it was vodka my friend and snuck in to avoid Jammin’ Jay’s fees. One of the most hideous experiences of my life.

And just as I said that, he gets pulled after 82 pitches. As a Twins fan, I’m ecstatic.

Stylistically I love it. Heard it on the drive to work this morning. Still can’t get past the voice. I was thinking of singers who would sound good on it instead of her. Rateliff came to mind immediately but I pondered a few others too.

Valerie June! She’s got a new single. I like the tune itself, can’t handle her singing. Would make a great Nathaniel Rateliff song.

Nah. Defeats the purpose of the inside joke. It needed to be the actual sign, not a reference to a quote.

It’s awfully tough to win when the other team is way better than you are. I believe a wise old sports writer may have suggested that.

Maybe Derek and Susan use Warren’s apartment when they’re in the city since he’s out in the burbs?

Do Derek and Susan have a place in New York? I thought they spent most of their time in Jacksonville. I was also under the impression that Warren moved to the New York suburbs since he and Scamardo had a kid a few years back. I suppose he might still have a pied-à -terre in the city…

When was the last time Spike directed something notable? Feels like it’s been a minute.

The funny thing is Susan is almost as close to Warren age wise as Derek.
Warren: 65
Susan: 54
Derek: 45

Some quick back of the napkin math after consulting setlist.fm has them both north of 250 Beacon shows between the Allman Brothers, Gov’t Mule and Tedeschi Trucks Band.
It appears as if that kind of ongoing relationship can result some pretty solid playoff tickets…

I know that was a rhetorical question but I’m going to answer it anyway. They have a long standing relationship with the Knicks owners through their hundreds of times playing the Beacon Theater.
