I agree, if you're putting effort into the model, then cutting corners anywhere shows, even on the bases.

Thanks! I got them on the table last week finally, in a 1k game against Death Guard, which was fun! Blade Champion and Wardens made a mess of a unit of Blightlords and Lord of Virulence. I'm taking them for a spin at 1500 in a couple of weeks time too

I might get a leg done in that time...

Thank you, it's something I've had my eye on since the Custodes were first released.

It certainly is, got a real sense of movement to it despite being quite static. Plus all the extra details suit the blood angels so well!

The scheme itself is the 40k Angels Sanguine, but I'm using it on the basis that each company of the legion would have had variations in colours and iconography, and when the legion was broken down after the heresy, they'd likely have used existing variations for the new chapters. And it's cool.

Thank you! I'm using the brushrage app to track the time I've spent on them, which is quite frankly terrifying at this point for a non-competition army.

That's great work! My list is 1 Vertus Praetor, and 3 Allarus Custodians. Should have 5 Wardens done in the next week though.

Thank you! It's a cross between the Solar Watch scheme and imperial Roman colours.

Thanks very much, it just needs the last edge highlights this evening and then I can move on to the other details in earnest!

That teaser looked so good, can't believe we've got a year to wait, I'm gonna burst!

Thank you! It's got a certain Roman feel to it I think which suits them.

I'd go green, that's my plan when I do aspect warriors for my Eldar, keep the method, vary the colours.

Beautiful work, I'm looking forward to getting hold of Baharroth the most of the new models I think.

No-one loses when they're having fun!

Haha, I think it's unlikely, though it's a solid list for normal missions who knows what they've got cooked up for us this year! Plus it's the company that counts not the winning!

Good start!
