Listened to Break Like The Wind a lot as a teenager. Absolute banger of a song

How much of that work happens during their university working hours? They seem to get an awful lot of leeway on these things.

“But what if you do the top button up and only the top button?” “Ok, I’m listening”

Not only do you not know much about conflicting rights you don’t seem to know much about generational gaps either.

"... he believed 200,000 Guardian readers watching BBC 2 could change the world".

I mean, we did exactly that when I was 12 at school with Merchant of Venice. It’s really not hard!

… years to sign off on and support their request for assisted dying then there is a conflict of rights. The doctor can opt out of supporting it and the patient would need to go elsewhere.

Your understanding of this is so simplistic. Let’s look at an example of freedom of conscience. A doctor in a country that allows voluntary euthanasia can opt out of providing it if it conflicts with their views on the sanctity of life. If someone wants their own doctor who they’ve known for…

That sounds very much like a “we wanted to see the cathedral in Salisbury” type excuse Jim

Then our rights would be in conflict. See, you’re starting to get it.

How about the right to privacy vs freedom of the press. Two rights that can and do conflict at times.

Freedom of religion and conscience exist. In this case they were in conflict with other rights. You seem to think freedom of religion and conscience don’t exist. That’s the only way you can reconcile your “it’s not a pie” idea.
comment in response to post
Unless of course you think Freedom of Religion and Conscience and Freedom of (and from) Expression aren’t genuine rights people have.
comment in response to post
Two sets of rights conflicted. You just happen to not like one of them.

That’s not true though. Rights can and often do conflict with each other. The Asher’s “gay cake” case a decade or so ago was an example. The rights of someone to have a cake made with a “support gay marriage” message case conflicted with the rights of the bakers to refuse on grounds of conscience.

Imagine it linked across your own Outlook, Teams, OneNote and Onedrive? “I have a call with X customer in 5 minutes. What are the key issues and topics that might come up?” based on emails, chats, notes and documents.
