Cold and snow here too. We hung a blanket over the door to help keep out the cold. (Closed all window blinds too) it's still chilly, but not as much as it was. We had 3" of snow down here!

I started estrogen patches and nightly progesterone capsules each night since the beginning of Dec. I think it's helping, but now I have had cramps since yesterday. (Ugh)
