Getting caught up on the State of Play from yesterday. Some thoughts so far: -Awesome to see Lumines back. -Pragmata looks good -I knew Romeo is a Deadman was Suda about 3 seconds in. -Silent Hill f should have just been a new IP. Just let the franchise die. It also focused WAY too much on combat.

We've learned Switch games don't necessarily need free updates or be Switch 2 Editions to run better on Switch, they just do. Bayonetta 3 run at 60 FPS on Switch 2 and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has faster load times.

We have returned to the Game Boy days. Actually, I never knew until many years later that you could play a lot of Color games on a regular Game Boy without color. I don't think they even advertised it, but any game without a "bump" on the top of the cart will run on either handheld. #blutoid

Turns out much of the Switch 2 pre-release concern was just miscommunication - Switch 2 is fully playable from the go without an internet connection - Switch 2 Edition games are SW2 branded red carts that include BOTH the SW1 and SW2 native builds on them and work on both consoles!
