Even hope house, our relaxed crisis/detox house, was shut down, and now we have nothing. The point is that we don't even have options. I have a thread about this on my profile not too far back if you want to look.

I agree with you, but I don't count wilderness therapy programs as "good access to care." I had to be shipped via ambulance to a city 3 hours away, because even though I live in the fastest growing city in the country, we don't have inpatient services, and no one cares enough to fix that.

I think what frustrates me the most about 2025 is knowing that when the government decides to Do Something about trans people that 99% of the general public is going to just not give a shit and/or will be cheering them on.
