Two knives after initial pass in the grinder, parallel to pivot bolt axis. 1st knife is used, and is showing an uneven wear pattern. 2nd is brand new, and has material protruding above pivot bolt axis. In either case, a touch-touch grind would yield a cutting unit that gets duller, faster.
