Sudecon wipes. These are great for mace.
Water bottles and clothing that can ideally hold a couple of them at a time. Ones that squirt are great for tear gas.
An IFAK with added medical supplies (blister pads, bandaids and antiseptic, finger splints etc if you know how to use them, trauma shears)

There are masks with glasses attachments. They are kinda pains to use and require an extra set of lenses and when you take your mask off you'll need to have extra glasses to see. But that's an option for some.

I mean, I do know what it is, I grew up w a single mom & felt like an odd shaped gremlin in the world and despite that she loved me unconditionally, probably most people feel some version of this, sure you're a monster but somebody loves you, right?
