Hilariously I bought the red edition of the album I think, not blue.

He's also had a rough set of years and seeing him being himself, anxiety and all, warns my heart and reminds me it's OK to be me and not just fit expected behaviours ee

It doesn't have the cinematic flourish of Veilguard, in terms of injecting your character into moving action shots etc. but, the story holds up well enough even with more basic cutscenes.

There's more interaction with the companions than say with Veilguard, so far. I can talk to them in camp a lot more, and the open world barks don't seem repetitive or random.

The writing is good, and funny in places.
I like the companions I have so far - though I hear there's only one route of romance to take.

23. Enya's persistently plagued by the loss of his first partner - and, plus the massacre of a village - at the hands of the early occupation. Neither Warder took their duties seriously that day; and the price was steep. He blames himself. If he could, he'd clear his memory of that entirely.

22. Overall, for better. He's built himself a quiet, and sometimes chaotic, life outside of the tradition he was raised in.

21. He's joked about 'somewhere warm' a few times, and would potentially consider returning to Dalmasca for a break.

20. Technically two if we're counting Sev. Val is Enya's biological son, but he has a deep rooted hatred of his father for abandoning his warding, and placing the village at risk.

19. Dawntrail's conclusion leaves Enya in new surroundings, Solution Nine, and I'd probably say this poor bunny is never going to be 'where he wants' really - he's too busy getting himself into problems.

18. That's a tough one actually - I'm not sure. 🤔

17. We are never given the full outcome of Loifa's condition and search for a cure, however I tend to prefer to think it was successful instead. Especially so many expansions onwards

Oof aye laparoscopy is expensive. I thankfully eventually got one on NHS but it took like five years of persuading them ;; I hope you get one soon!

14. I actually prefer Enya as non-WOL mostly, so that's a big change from the game. Asides that, his summoning is closer to a mixture of trance form and FFXI - with more direct Primal influence on his casting.

13. I'll admit I haven't thought much on this one. He'd most likely have been around the Shroud at that time 🤔

11. Enya has a Carbuncle; though it's been more absent since Endwalker's conclusion. With his aether stabilised by current timeline, it's likely to make more appearances - much to Enya's exasperation.

9. He definitely doesn't work for anyone - and tends to drift through the various city states. He'll do whatever work strikes his interest, mostly. And, anything well paid.

8. His current combat style with a staff is self-taught to compliment his magic, using the weapon as a focus point for the aether.

7. With the introduction of Solution Nine in Dawntrail, Enya quickly takes a liking to the arenas; not necessarily just the Arcadion, but also back-street quieter venues, with potentially dodgier rules. He'll fight purely for the enjoyment of fighting, and seeing what his limits are.

6. I wouldn't say he treats any races differently, regardless.

5. Though his mother was kind, and gentle; the rare but memorable visits from his father did little to warm him to the idea of wood warding; finding the man cold and detached. If anything, it made the decision to leave when he had to easier.

3. Though Enya doesn't particularly follow a deity, his chosen connection to Garuda affords him a style of summoning tailored to wind aspected aether.

1. Stubborn, and stand-offish, and lacking a good myriad of social skills to boot. He's not the easiest to approach; but over time, he does tend to lose some of that 'fuck off' energy.
