Love-love-love how colours here are more of a hint than presence. Captivating stuff!

Yeah, and then I'm like "hey, what's up with that 7pm milkshake craving you weirdo!?" As if a jumble of intentions that I am could function any different

As a guy from somewhere else and not the US, I probably have a very different idea of what "very specific" means here, but uh... Yeah, that.

Process guilt into a sense of responsibility. That is what pushes you to act. A guilt-ridden inactive outsider's impact is no different from that of a clueless person. Educating yourself is no use if then you pretend to be on the other side of a "glass" looking in. You no longer are. [3/3]

When you dig deeper into the setup of less-than-perfect social structures there's a very real risk of finding out you're the one on the more privileged side of things. And then shame is vaild response for anyone open to hear about hurt experienced by others. But you can't just stop there. [2/3]

Wherever we have a chance to connect, it's important to go for it work-wise. Trust and cooperation are two things you can't write into a contract – grown in vulnerability they lead to more fulfilling work. Some of the best friends I've made started with sincere laughs about job hardships. [3/3]

But being people involves us carrying negative feelings too. Sometimes you really wish a certain asshole from marketing ceased to exist. Yet to my mind it's how you process irritation that matters, not the fact of feelings itself. Anger is a fine fuel for productive change. [2/3]
