In other words, Griffin is trying to change the rules of the game after it's been played. If successful, this case will become a blueprint for election sabotage that anti-democracy candidates will use to steal races nationwide in future elections.
Voters deserve better, America deserves better.

Shows the power of the Beltway Bubble & echo chamber... even the officials who think they have a better message and messaging plan (which I think Slotkin probably does) can be captured by the misguided media narratives and incorrect pundit analyses about the 2024 campaign.

From attacks on diversity and civil rights to the fight for civil service independence, these lawsuits could define the future of American governance.

Congrats to all my former colleagues, the party committees are lucky to have them! (Though I refuse to believe I'm so old that three people I was on the hiring committee to recruit all now hold GC positions.)

Wow, even the supercut to open the 12am ET hour managed to fit in clips of DEI, woke, and Pocahontas but couldn’t spare a split second of air time for trans Americans even though the President of the United States went after them in at least three extended riffs tonight.

3. Can he resist the audience of Supreme Court Justices in the front row?
Does he make any assertions about the scope of his executive powers? Does he anything about (not) complying with judicial orders he disagrees with?

2. Does he mention elections? In his recent speech to governors, he outlined a 4-part federal plan around:
- Proof of citizenship
- Voter ID
- Paper ballots (no electronic voting equipment)
- Single-day voting (no mail or early voting)
Is that fresh hell ready for prime time?

1. What’s the argument that all this insanity is actually good for individual voters?
Seriously. The Midterms are here before you know it. Republicans have to run on Trump's record, Dems have to oppose it—all in 6-second ads that actually resonate. Who gets out of the blocks better tonight?
