Pet peeve: When someone says, "Due to circumstances beyond my control, I have to do X. How can I do X as painlessly as possible?" and the response is "Oof, you're better off not doing X at all. Do Y instead." No shit. Anyway, I have to find a way to DM for 12-14 teenagers. Advice welcome.
