Healthcare professional here. We all (pharmacists, physicians) look to bodies like the FDA for guidance and guidelines. Him saying "talk to your doctor" is neither guidance nor guidelines. Each physician making things up as they go along is not science.

we had last year's mess, which was Mattingly plus hitting coach plus a poor game plan (see: Turner's comments).
