Whenever someone in #UA says they don't need collective action, that they could get better pay on their own, ask them two things: 1. Why haven't you already? If it's so easy, go grovel. Stop complaining. 2. If _1100_ union faculty only got 2.75%, how the fuck are you, _alone_, going to do better?
