Our next scholar spotlight highlights RaMPer Hailey Baranowski! Hailey is a member of the Jockusch lab and explores gene function using the flour beetle. If you know Hailey, you know they are passionate about everything bees! They even host a radio show called The Hive on UConn's Radio Station.

A HUGE congrats to our RaMPer, Airianna, who presented not one, but TWO presentations at this year's Plant and Animal Genome conference in San Diego. 🥳 🐟 🧬 Congrats Airianna McGuire!

Congrats to RaMP scholar, Kyle Paist, for presenting his first poster at MassMyco, a regional conference for fungal biologist. Kyle presented his project in conjunction with faculty at Western Connecticut State University screening white nose syndrome in bat summer roosts 🦇. Congrats Kyle! 🥳
