3/3 Independent Trial Monitors noted multiple due process violations in the trial. More than half the jurors had ties to the fossil fuel industry and many demonstrated bias in favor of Energy Transfer. Corporate attacks on our rights to free speech, assembly & protest must not be allowed to stand.

UCS' Kathy Mulvey notes that the science is clear that burning fossil fuels is the primary driver of dangerous climate change, and that major oil & gas companies have understood for decades that their products could have catastrophic effects on people and the planet. Read more here:
